REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Because Primal Fuel sells digital products that are delivered instantly after purchase, all sales are generally considered final.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of downloadable digital content, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been successfully delivered or accessed.

  1. EXCEPTIONS

A refund may be considered if:
• You were charged multiple times for the same product
• The product cannot be accessed due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved
• You received the wrong product

  1. REFUND REQUESTS

Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include proof of purchase.

  1. ABUSE OF POLICY

Refund requests made after downloading, using, copying, or distributing digital products may be declined.

  1. CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
